Marketing Coordinator

This role represents an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and make a real impact at a fast-growing design company. We’re an energetic, young, ambitious company that designs and manufactures indoor and outdoor furniture that is simple, elegant, fun, and built to last in Los Angeles, CA. We work with the architecture and design community, furniture dealerships, and directly with customers to supply furniture across sectors, including workplace, hospitality, multi-family, and higher education.

RAD launched in Austin, TX in 2010, and since the beginning, we’ve been driven by a genuine commitment to taking care of our clients and our team. Our client list has grown to include Sweetgreen, Nike, Whole Foods, REI, Patagonia, and Amazon, and more big things are ahead. Following our recent direct-to-consumer launch and the introduction of our new ecommerce platform, the next step growing our reach by sharing our brand and story with the public.

Our team is a tight-knit and collaborative crew that works hard, rides bikes and skateboards down the LA River for coffee, and occasionally plays soccer together on Thursdays. The Role


Working closely with our marketing and sales team, the Marketing Coordinator will have a hand in sharing our products and story across all channels, such as our website, social media, PR campaigns, photo shoots, brand collateral, and events for the LA design community. You’ll have the opportunity to grow a wide range of skill sets and shape the way we execute our vision as we grow.


Your day-to-day will include:


  • Scheduling engaging social media content and keeping up with our audience
  • Executing a fun, authentic newsletter and email nurturing campaigns
  • Keeping our website fresh and up-to-date
  • Coordinating influencer and brand partnerships
  • Assisting with photo shoots
  • Organizing in-person events alongside the local sales team
  • Collaborating with the sales team to produce digital and physical collateral
  • Maintaining inventory of product samples and coordinating use for photo shoots, events, etc.
  • Taking ownership of our materials library, ensuring materials are consistently stocked and organized


About You

 
  • 1-2 years in marketing, social media, or a similar role
  • Interested in design and familiarity with the interior design world
  • A collaborative team player and motivated, self-directed contributor
  • Energized by wearing multiple hats
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good eye for aesthetics, from graphics to social media photography
  • Positive, can-do attitude!
