Where can I buy RAD products?
You’re in the right place—you can purchase RAD products directly through our website. Adjust the quantity and variation of the items you would like and add them to your cart. Does RAD have a trade program?
Is RAD furniture sustainable?
Our first priority is longevity. By working primarily with steel, a durable and sustainable material, we focus on designing furniture that will stand the test of use, time, and style. Our straightforward and utilitarian designs ensure that RAD furniture will out-live trends. Read more about our sustainability efforts here.
Do you have samples of RAD’s available colors and finishes?
We do—if you're looking for samples, please contact support@radfurniture.com.
Does RAD offer customized furniture?
All of our products are designed with standard variations on simple customizations, such as surface material, base type, or color. If you are working on a larger project with more specific requirements, we are happy to talk about custom options for you. Please email support@radfurniture.com, include ‘Custom’ in the subject line, and provide some basic information about your project. Please note that customized products will be priced accordingly and have longer than normal lead times.
What is powder coating?
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, powder coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a ‘skin.’
Powder coating creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. The process is mainly used for the coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminum extrusions, and automobile and bicycle parts.
How can I contact RAD with further questions?

Orders
What forms of payment does RAD accept?
RAD accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. All orders are billed in USD.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We get started on production quickly in order to ensure on-time delivery, and as such, there is a small window of time during which we are able to modify or cancel an order. After your order is placed, please contact us within 24 hours to make a change. If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, we will charge a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
How long will my order take?
All lead times are posted on the website. If nothing fits your lead time, reach out and we can see what we can do. If you have a custom order or need a custom quote, we will provide a custom lead time. We strive to finish production of furniture within the quoted lead time. Don't worry, we'll keep you updated if anything changes!
How do I check my order status?
We do our best to ship orders in the stated lead time, and we will email you with shipping/tracking details when we have them to provide. If you would like a status update, you can email support@radfurniture.com.
Can I pick up my order from the RAD warehouse?
We have an active and busy warehouse! Customer pick ups are not something we are set up for at this time, but we hope to have a good and safe way to do this in the future.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Most RAD products are made to order just for you, and as such, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
My furniture arrived damaged; how do I handle this?
Unfortunately, damage in transit can occur. If your order arrives in less-than-ideal condition, please immediately contact support@radfurniture.com with your order number, with photos and description of the issue/damage, and with any photos of the packaging and packing materials your furniture arrived in. RAD will then work to the best of our ability to find a resolution.
Care
How do I take care of my RAD furniture?
We design products with materials appropriate for the environment, so upkeep is minimal. All wood, even interior wood, will age with time and weather. The age will be seen in the color, but not felt in the integrity. Care & Maintenance instructions are provided at the time of shipment.
What is normal wear and tear?
Normal wear and tear is typical for any piece of furniture, whether its minor blemishes, fading due to UV exposure, or weathering due to other outdoor elements. In our Care & Maintenance guide, we provide best practices and tips to ensure your furniture lives a long life.
Can I touch up the paint if I chip/scratch my RAD furniture?
Our furniture is powder coated rather than painted. Powder coating is similar to baking on a color, giving it more durability, but of course dings and scratches can still happen. Depending on the severity of the blemish, we're more than happy to supply you with color-matched touch up paint for you to apply. We will ask for photos and specifics, case by case.
