Return Policy

RAD Furniture accepts returns only for purchases in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, including items with missing components, customer-caused damage, or improper packaging. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our Los Angeles warehouse. Please note that RAD Furniture does not arrange return shipments — customers must source and arrange their own courier.

To start a return, reach out to our support team at support@radfurniture.com with your order number and reason for return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
