Return Policy

Most RAD products are made to order just for you, and as such, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns.

Unfortunately, damage in transit can occur. If your order arrives in less-than-ideal condition, please immediately contact support@radfurniture.com with your order number, with photos and description of the issue/damage, and with any photos of the packaging and packing materials your furniture arrived in. RAD will then work to the best of our ability to find a resolution.
